On the April 10th, the Eighth Career Fair JobFair, which was organized by business network Myjob.uz and «Career+», took place in Uzekspocenter , Tashkent.
Throughout 8 years Career Fair JobFair has been a bright event in life of professional community, connecting employers as well as applicants. This year within the framework of the Fair there was held a seminar, present the speeches of the representative of leading recruitment company in Uzbekistan «HR Capital Consulting» Rano Kosimova on “Recruitment services market of Uzbekistan: current trends and perspectives”; moreover the workshop by famous business-coach from Moscow Bazarov Tahir Yusupovich took place. This workshop was held as an interactive discussion of HR services role and topical questions, also it offered an opportunity to share practical experience in the development of HR services for member companies.

The coordinators of the event will proceed with the arrangement of such outstanding events within the framework of the Fair: involving special guests- HR-experts of the world biggest companies, experts in Human Resources Management sphere of near and far abroad.
In the afternoon the doors of “Uzekspocenter” were open for the Fair working process. This year around 13000 of applicants from various spheres, as well as early career young specialists have visited the Fair.
The general partner of the Fair 2015 was Unitel (ТМ Beeline) company. Participants were “Lukoil Uzbekistan Operating Company”, Akfa, Artel, Enter Engineering, Coscom (ТМ Ucell), ATM Partners, iHoops, and HR Capital Consulting (HRC).
JobFair 2015 member companies offered more than 500 vacancies, as well as internship opportunities for young specialists.
Applicants had a chance to communicate directly with the companies’ representatives, get familiar with current labor market information, internship opportunities and future employment.
