Требования |
•Uzbekistan citizenship; •Fluent English, Russian and Uzbek is required; •University degree(MBA of minimun graduate), preferably with focus on Sales and Telecommunications; •Min 3-5 years of experience in the Telecom Sales; • Good knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies; • Communication skills enabling the person to maintain outstanding level of client management and be credible on a high level; •Problem-solver, solution and goal oriented; •Ability to act independently, to make decisions and solve issues; •Being a team worker : Ability to work in a team and manage a team; •Be a professional who can cope with variety of requirements and different requests; •Result oriented and pro-active person, focused on performance; •Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to make things happen, self motivated business developer; • Knowledge of telecom products, services, market and customer needs; •Proven experience on business development for Services Sales ; •Proven ability to create customer solutions and perform and provide guidance for scope optimization of service offer ; ; •Service price understanding ; •Deep understanding of service competitiveness ; •Customer business case creation and customer business understanding ; •Experience of contract negotiation ; •Sales coaching ; •Knowledge of consultative Selling ; •Successful cases from past to be evaluated to rate the candidates ; •Experience in leading, managing and motivating others ; •Experience in planning and organizing; |

•Sales Manager within broad business/product/territory area responsible for generating orders and revenue by persuading customer to buy;•Manages a sales team and may act as a contact for customers; •Contributes in the creation of and drives the implementation of sales strategy; •Is responsible for meeting defined sales targets; •Understands customers key business drivers and supports the team in using this knowledge for creating profitable business; •Acts as a source of expertise and coaches others in own product/sales area; |
