HRC is in constant development, contributing to the expansion of HR services’ market in Uzbekistan.

In 2007, HRC launched the annual Job Fair, which aims to build bridges between university graduates and experienced professionals with direct employers - leading companies successfully operating in Uzbekistan. The fair is traditionally attended by more than 120 foreign and local companies operating in Uzbekistan, as well as more than 5000 professionals in different industries.

In 2008, we started a new project - "Career +» weekly newspaper (www.kplus.uz), which publishes vacancy announcement in different fields as well as information about educational institutions of Uzbekistan.

In January 2011, HRC in partnership with "Career+” newspaper launched a new project - the First business social network in Uzbekistan - www.Myjob.uz., which allows to find a job, staff, communicate in professional communities, discuss the latest news and events and establish new acquaintances with colleagues.

In April 2011, we decided to merge all the projects under one brand name- HR-UNION.
HR-UNION is a voluntary association of companies and brand names which have a certain degree of freedom and independence. Meanwhile, the members of the UNION work in coordination, complementing each other and making a set of services more convenient for all categories of customers.

HR-UNION offers its customers efficient comprehensive solutions for selection of personnel, job search and HR consulting. Unique services of each brand name include a full range of HR services: search, evaluation, recruitment and training, HR consulting, corporate culture, information support on HR issues, employer’s image, job search and, etc.

HR-UNION is real and reliable partner, always ready to come to the aid and effectively meet the targets of the customer.
